**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support OHT-ESO teams in successfully achieving their mandates, in alignment with the goals and objectives of the initiative.
- Co-creating project charters, work and/or implementation plans, and performance measurement plans with project teams
- Organizing meetings and providing administrative support
- Conducting research to support implementation planning
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress against key milestones

This position will work closely with OHT-ESO partner organizations and backbone team, and report to the Director to accomplish established objectives and goals.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Postsecondary degree in a related health discipline, public administration, or business administration
- 1-3 years of experience in a project management capacity
- Demonstrated experience leading collaborative projects involving stakeholders from multiple organizations and individuals with lived experience
- Demonstrated understanding of the health sector, including primary care, acute care, home care, long-term care, and community support services
- Experience using quality improvement methodologies in a health care setting
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and collaborative skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to health equity, anti-racism, anti-oppression, and client and family engagement

**RÉSUMÉ DES FONCTIONS**:
Nous recherchons un coordonnateur de projet pour aider les équipes de l'ESO-OHT à mener à bien leurs mandats, conformément aux buts et objectifs de l'initiative.
- Créer des chartes de projet, des plans de travail ou de mise en œuvre, et des plans de mesure du rendement en collaboration avec les équipes de projet.
- Organiser des réunions et fournir un soutien administratif.
- Mener des recherches pour soutenir la planification de la mise en œuvre.
- Suivre l'avancement du projet en fonction des principaux jalons et en rendre compte.

Le titulaire de ce poste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les organisations partenaires de l'ESO-OHT et l'équipe centrale, et rendra compte au directeur des objectifs et des buts fixés.

**EXIGENCES**
- Diplôme postsecondaire dans une discipline connexe de la santé, de l'administration publiq
