We are currently looking for a full time, Residential Carpenter.

The carpenter will perform some or all of the following:

Must follow and implement all safety regulations as required by the Ministry of Labour
Prepare layouts in conformance with the Ontario Building Code
General framing (wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials)
Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
Concrete forming
Fit and install trim items such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware
Fit and install exterior trim and siding
Carpentry related to landscape work
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
Supervise apprentices and other construction workers (if applicable)
Minimum five years of experience

This is full time position, paid hourly. Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
