We have nationally-recognized team of ophthalmologists with vast clinical experience in a wide variety of ocular services including MSP covered exams and surgeries, as well as private lens surgeries and LASIK.

Work well in a team-oriented clinical environment-able to oversee multiple departments

Promote the services of Fraser Valley Cataract and Laser

Must be independent, flexible, detailed oriented, efficient it will be busy here

Strong organization and problem solving skills

Primary duties include:

KPI reports collection, analysis, reporting
Payroll and vacation requests
HR clinic staff posting jobs, interviewing, recruitment (hiring/dismissal), reviews
Staff disciplinary actions in conjunction with site lead
Dispute resolutions

- internal and external

Able to train front desk & techs (OCT, AR, TOPO, VF, Fundus, IOL Master)
IT troubleshooting computer and printing problems, procuring new equipment
Clinic testing equipment procuring, maintenance, repair, vendor contact
Drafting SOPs with departments
Office esthetics garbage, recycling, general appearance
Referring office requests and concerns, building relationships with referring offices
Improving and promoting company culture and arrange office meetings and events
Working with our marketing coordinator to drive marketing
Other duties as required
