Freelance Client Acquisition Specialist – Relocation and Recruiting Germany

Job summary
We are a German relocation and consulting agency connecting international candidates with small companies across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We specialize in helping businesses find skilled talent across all categories – from logistics and IT to healthcare and apprenticeships ("Ausbildung").This is not about following old-school methods or empty promises. We don't want "theories" or "what everyone is doing." We need someone who can deliver real, measurable results.
This is not about sourcing candidates – we already have a strong pool of qualified international candidates.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach small companies ready to hire international candidates across all categories. ,
- Develop and execute strategies to convince employers to hire candidates from abroad. ,
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. ,
- Advise companies on the benefits of hiring international talent and our full relocation support. ,
- Provide guarantees and reassurance regarding visa, relocation, and candidate readiness. , , ,
