    Our client is a reputable financial institution with a strong presence in North America. They are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join their vibrant team.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring adherence to security, logging, error handling, and performance standards, as well as non-functional requirements.
    • Collaborate with various experts within the organization to gather input, plan development, define requirements, and timelines.
    • Evaluate the impact of design decisions on banking solutions, products, and services being developed, and provide alternative solutions when needed.
    • Translate business needs into detailed design specifications and code.
    • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure requirements meet business and customer needs.
    • Keep informed about industry trends and technologies.
    • Work in an Agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
    • Strong programming skills with experience in designing and implementing high-volume applications.
    • Proficiency in Java, SpringBoot, MongoDB, JSON, and XML.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to make reasoned decisions in collaboration with other teams.
    • Thorough understanding of software development principles.
    • Experience with AWS is advantageous.
