We are professional, agile and fast-paced automotive manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical, administrative, and organizational support to the Vice President and staff.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Software Knowledge to include Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), some data input and analysis required.
- Schedule fleet vehicle maintenance.
- Expense reconciliation and payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and conference area.
- Answer inquiries from clients and customers in a timely manner.
- Assist in daily processing of customer quotations, as well as occasional data auditing.
- Printing, distributing, and assembling marketing materials as required.
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Manage office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
- Other duties as required.
Job Types:

From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
