Responsibilities:


  • Provide clerical, administrative, and organizational support to the Vice President and staff.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Software Knowledge to include Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), some data input and analysis required.
  • Schedule fleet vehicle maintenance.
  • Expense reconciliation and payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception and conference area.
  • Answer inquiries from clients and customers in a timely manner.
  • Assist in daily processing of customer quotations, as well as occasional data auditing.
  • Printing, distributing, and assembling marketing materials as required.
  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Manage office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
  • Other duties as required.
