• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety standards and quality control.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation or maintenance is a plus.

• Operate die cutting equipment with precision and efficiency, ensuring highquality output.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of die cutting machinery to minimize downtime.
• Design and create steel rule dies according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and improve production processes.
