    Description

    Manga Hotel Group is a privately held Canadian company involved in the acquisition, development, and management of real estate with a focus on high quality hotels affiliated with prestigious brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and InterContinental Hotel Group. Currently, Manga Hotels owns and operates 28 hotels with over 5000 rooms, 15 food and beverage outlets and 5 residential properties with a number of new properties and developments in the pipeline.

    As Manga Hotel Group continues to expand, we are actively seeking talented individuals to join our growing team. As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with the management team to execute marketing campaigns, manage digital platforms, and assist in the development of creative content.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Campaign Execution:
    · Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
    · Coordinate logistics for events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.

    2. Digital Marketing:
    · Manage and update content on the company website and social media channels.
    · Assist in the creation of engaging and relevant digital content, including copywriting and graphic design support.

    3. Market Research:
    · Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    · Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to contribute to strategic decision-making.

    4. Collaboration:
    · Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

    5. Analytics and Reporting:
    · Provide regular updates on key performance indicators and contribute to post-campaign analysis.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. New graduates are welcome.
    Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Canva).

    Preferred Qualifications:
    · Experience with hotels and restaurants; preferably branded properties.
    · Previous internship or work experience in marketing or design.
    · Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking campaign performance.
    · Knowledge of content and social media marketing.
