Description

The new AccountsPayableTechnician will take charge of the entire accounts payable process.

He or she will ensure the integrity of accounting verifications and account statement follow-ups while resolving matching differences in collaboration with the procurement team.

He or she will use their resourcefulness to analyze and resolve problems in the accounts payable system. By monitoring and analyzing accounts payable;
By identifying and solving accounts payable matching problems;
By taking charge of the process, along with all communications with the various stakeholders in the accounts payable cycle;
By taking part in month-end procedures linked to the accounts payable cycle;
By reconciling account statements and supplier auxiliaries;
By contacting the invoice entry team on a weekly basis and by measuring the progress of improvement projects;
Accounting technician or equivalent;
Experience in managing large quantities of data and creating reports;
The ability to demonstrate and apply a solid grasp of the accounting process on a day-to-day basis;
Knowledge ofSAP an asset;
Advanced English skills a significant asset (spoken and written);
