Our Nisku Location is currently looking for a Tool Dispatch Supervisor to join our teamDuties but not limited to:
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Operate a company vehicle as required in a safe a courteous manner.
- Maintain and operate appropriately all equipment owned by Eclipse NDT Inc.
- Coordinate and assist with executing picking/staging of jobs in a timely manner as requested by Customer.
- Ensure accuracy of tools being picked for jobs.
- Pick jobs as requested by Customer.
- Receive/verify all incoming tools.
- Coordinate with shop on tool movements in/out of shop.
- Maintain yard organization as set forth by management.
- Complete S/R tickets in inventory software as required.
- Maintain accuracy in inventory software as required.
- Communicate with Customers and Vendors on requests and inquiries.
- Assist with daytoday direction of S/R yard personnel.
- Assist with daily S/R production plan.
- Assist with training of new S/R staff
- Complete maintenance as per maintenance plan.
- Participate in completing daily hazard assessments.
- Ensuring accuracy of all serial numbers shipped and received from Eclipse's Yard.
Skills Required:
- Ability to operate forklift, wheel loader, and crane as required by location.
- Valid Class 5 nonGDL driver license.
- Ability to record serial numbers accurately.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of down hole tools and API connection condisered and asset.
