We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant in a custom manufacturing environment producing world class products, right here in the Okanagan.

About the Job:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- preparation of shipping documents and monitor shipments and follow up on exceptions
- maintain spreadsheets and proprietary project software
- provide vacation/absence coverage for reception and shipping
