We are looking for a full time office assistant. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Immigration team.Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer customer's questions on immigration and provide professional immigration consulting services;
- Provide secretarial and administrative support, prepare and submit immigration forms, draft letters and documents, and organize relevant meetings;
- Proactively follow up on various target customers, design appropriate solutions according to the specific conditions of the intended customers to facilitate signing;
- Cooperate with other personnel to provide excellent services for customers and maintain customer relationship;
- Actively participate in the company's various immigration promotion and marketing activities to develop and maintain potential customers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prefer to have industry experience in study abroad or immigration;
- Good writing skills; expressive and persuasive abilities;
- Have a serious and responsible spirit of service; treats customers with patience;
- Strong ability to work under pressures and a good team-work spirit.
- Writing skills required.
