KP Building Products, a member of the Kaycan Group of companies is seeking
Production Operators to join our teams at our Acton, facility.

Schedule:

ROTATING SCHEDULE EVERY 2

WEEKS:

Continental shifts:

12hour rotating 8:00am to 8:00pm / 8:00pm to 8:00am
Every other weekend off

Salary starting at:
$20.90/h with regular pay increases

Premium:
Weekend and Night shift premiums
:$1.00/h

Requirements:

Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience not required, full training will be provided

Responsibilities:

Ensure all product packaged has proper barcode, label, quantity and nesting pattern
Immediate notification of quality problems to operator, lead hand operator or Supervisor
Record information on Quality Record Sheets
Responsible for housekeeping in work area
Arrive at work station on time and remain at work station until relief arrives
Assist other operators on the line, as needed
Follow all plant rules and safety regulations
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
Set up machines according to specifications
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine malfunctions
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

Experience programming and operating CNC machines
Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
Knowledge of using calipers and other measuring tools for precision work
Familiarity with CAD software, such as SolidWorks, for design purposes
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Ability to use hand tools to assemble components
