- Bring IT management internally by being in 70% project management and 30% strategic direction mode
- Manage primary Managed Service Provider (MSP) and coach on-site technician
- Prioritize IT development projects (software, infrastructure, security, AI, etc.)
- Work in a Windows environment, Microsoft 365, VMware, Fortinet, ERP Maestro
- Manage the IT budget of approximately $500,000 per year
- 7+ years of experience in IT, including 3+ years in IT project management
- Experience in managing application and IT infrastructure projects
- Strong interest in technological monitoring (business intelligence, artificial intelligence, etc.)
- Knowledge of the Windows, Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet environment (an asset)
- Experience with the Maestro ERP system (an asset)
- Leadership and focused strategic direction
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- French required
