Position Summary

Core Responsibilities- Collects information from business and IT stakeholders for proposed initiatives- Collects and consolidates project status updates into the portfolio tracking tool from project managers and/or business leads- Ensures project information is always up to date in the portfolio tracking tool- Ensures compliance with and advocates for enterprise project management practices- Manages small projects or phases of larger projects; keeps stakeholders informed and ensures target deadlines are met- Identifies and addresses any change management issues or concerns that stem from the changes being implemented- Tracks strategic key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones- Tracks project benefits realization- Updates roadmaps- Support Reconciliation of Financial Actuals to respective programs/projects- Develops and grows good working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders- Manages strategy updates through corporate newsletter and employee intranet

Skills & Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a project co-ordinator or similar role in a structured PMO setting- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, IT or related field- Exceptional communication skills and work ethic- Excellent organization and time management skills- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project- Exposure to creating Project Plans and Roadmaps- PMP certification- Strong attention to detail- Comfortable making decisions, but open to seeking guidance when needed.
