We are currently seeking a Client Support Representative with a strong background in phone communications to join our client support team.

Position Overview:


As a Client Support Representative at Disability Credit Canada, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch assistance over the phone.

You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Phone Support:
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from clients professionally and empathetically.
  • Listen attentively to client inquiries, issues, and concerns, and provide clear and concise responses.
  • Identify and prioritize client needs to provide effective solutions.
  • Utilize active listening and problemsolving skills to resolve client issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Product and Service Knowledge:

  • Maintain indepth knowledge of our services, and processes.
  • Provide clients with accurate and uptodate information to address their questions or concerns.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and usage to clients.

Documentation and Records:

  • Document all client interactions and relevant information accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Maintain organized records of client inquiries, issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a client support or customer service role with a strong emphasis on phone communications.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional under pressure.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and call center systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and data privacy.

Terms:


  • Full time, permanent position
  • Work from our office Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
- $18 per hour to start

  • Health care benefits fully paid by the employer
