Disability Credit Canada is dedicated to helping disabled Canadians and providing exceptional service and support to our clients.We are currently seeking a Client Support Representative with a strong background in phone communications to join our client support team.

Position Overview:
As a Client Support Representative at Disability Credit Canada, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch assistance over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone Support:
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from clients professionally and empathetically.
- Listen attentively to client inquiries, issues, and concerns, and provide clear and concise responses.
- Identify and prioritize client needs to provide effective solutions.
- Utilize active listening and problemsolving skills to resolve client issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Product and Service Knowledge:
- Maintain indepth knowledge of our services, and processes.
- Provide clients with accurate and uptodate information to address their questions or concerns.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to clients.
Documentation and Records:
- Document all client interactions and relevant information accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Maintain organized records of client inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a client support or customer service role with a strong emphasis on phone communications.
- Exceptional phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional under pressure.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and data privacy.
Terms:
- Full time, permanent position
- Work from our office Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
- Health care benefits fully paid by the employer

$18.00 per hour
