RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Requirements Gathering
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business objectives and needs.
  • Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather comprehensive and detailed business requirements.

Data Analysis:


  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Evaluate the impact of proposed changes and provide datadriven recommendations.

3.


Process Mapping:


  • Document current business processes using industrystandard tools and methodologies.
  • Identify and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

4.


Solution Design:


  • Work Closely with crossfunctional teams to design and document solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Create detailed functional specifications for development teams.

5.


Stakeholder Communication:


  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences.

6.


Risk Assessment:


  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions.
  • Develop strategies and plans to mitigate risks and ensure successful project delivery.

7.


Testing and Validation:


  • Collaborate with department leaders and teams to define and execute testing plans.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and address issues to ensure a seamless implementation.

8.


Change Management:


  • Assist in the development of change management plans for the adoption of new processes or systems.
  • Work with communications team to provide training and support to endusers during the transition period.

9.


Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that documentation is accessible to relevant stakeholders.

10.


Continuous Improvement:


  • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a combination of experience and education in a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in business analysis or related role.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with SaaS platforms is considered an asset.
  • Certification as a Business Analyst
  • BA designation considered as asset.
