RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business objectives and needs.
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather comprehensive and detailed business requirements.

Data Analysis:
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Evaluate the impact of proposed changes and provide datadriven recommendations.
3.
Process Mapping:
- Document current business processes using industrystandard tools and methodologies.
- Identify and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4.
Solution Design:
- Work Closely with crossfunctional teams to design and document solutions that align with business requirements.
- Create detailed functional specifications for development teams.
5.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences.
6.
Risk Assessment:
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions.
- Develop strategies and plans to mitigate risks and ensure successful project delivery.
7.
Testing and Validation:
- Collaborate with department leaders and teams to define and execute testing plans.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and address issues to ensure a seamless implementation.
8.
Change Management:
- Assist in the development of change management plans for the adoption of new processes or systems.
- Work with communications team to provide training and support to endusers during the transition period.
9.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that documentation is accessible to relevant stakeholders.
10.
Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a combination of experience and education in a related field.
- 2 years of experience in business analysis or related role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with SaaS platforms is considered an asset.
- Certification as a Business Analyst
- BA designation considered as asset.
