RESPONSIBILITIES:

Requirements Gathering
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business objectives and needs.
Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather comprehensive and detailed business requirements.

Data Analysis:

Analyze and interpret complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.
Evaluate the impact of proposed changes and provide datadriven recommendations.

3.

Process Mapping:

Document current business processes using industrystandard tools and methodologies.
Identify and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

4.

Solution Design:

Work Closely with crossfunctional teams to design and document solutions that align with business requirements.
Create detailed functional specifications for development teams.

5.

Stakeholder Communication:

Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences.

6.

Risk Assessment:

Identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions.
Develop strategies and plans to mitigate risks and ensure successful project delivery.

7.

Testing and Validation:

Collaborate with department leaders and teams to define and execute testing plans.
Participate in user acceptance testing and address issues to ensure a seamless implementation.

8.

Change Management:

Assist in the development of change management plans for the adoption of new processes or systems.
Work with communications team to provide training and support to endusers during the transition period.

9.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure that documentation is accessible to relevant stakeholders.

10.

Continuous Improvement:

Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and systems.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a combination of experience and education in a related field.
2 years of experience in business analysis or related role.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience with SaaS platforms is considered an asset.
Certification as a Business Analyst
BA designation considered as asset.
