Job Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for assisting with the delivery of activity/leisure programs for residents in accordance with legislative/regulatory requirements and Company policies and procedures.
Job Duties:
- Assist in coordinating and delivering recreational activities, including interviews and assessment of incoming residents.
- Encourage residents to attend activity programs, and document participation.
- Assist with the volunteer program as directed.
- Assist with publication of the monthly newsletter and calendar.
- Organize the areas in which activities are held (e.g. Fitness Centre, Activity Rooms)
- Occasionally supervise outings and assist with loading and unloading the resident bus.
- Adhere to all appropriate workplace regulations, compliances, and legislation regarding health and safety, Company policies and procedures
- Be continually aware of, and maintain, the highest standards of professionalism by following the Company dress code and/or wearing the Company uniform
- Attend staff meetings and mandatory training, as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Solid organizational and time management skills.
