Priority Permits Ltd is a _
sign permit and consulting firm _looking for a new
administrative Assistant / Permit Technician.
This is a Full time position. (9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday)
Duties:
- Scanning documents
- Picking up permits from city halls across southern Ontario _(Rental vehicle provided This is _
NOT required_, so _
if you do not drive, we would still love for you to apply_)_
Self-starter:
- You're an individual who can take directions and run with them
Office 365 - You're familiar with Outlook, and can navigate through Word and Excel documents with ease

Data Entry - You are able to enter clear and accurate information and notes into databases and documents using _
Windows _desktop computers.
We are offering $18 per hour to start with quick growth based on performance. We are located in the EAST end of Hamilton, very close to bus routes. (Barton & Parkdale Area)
Salary:
From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
