Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet arriving guests and inform of availability of parking for Guests and public.
  • Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on the property
  • Ensure vehicles are legally parked
  • Maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic
  • Provide car park assistance
  • Be fully aware of what functions are going on in at Spencer's
  • Maintain security of vehicles
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
  • Other duties as required
