Our company is searching for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and well-organized team member who could assist us with day-to-day management of our internal needs.
The main responsibilities would be as follows:
- office duties as required;
- process invoices, use Quickbooks for data entry if required;
- support front office operations;
- keep track of office supplies and all office needs;
Skills required:
- excellent computer knowledge (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Quick Books, calendars, dropbox etc)
- advanced social media knowledge
- excellent organizational skills
- fast learning
Job Location:

Salary:
From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
