    Assistant Store Manager


    Full-time, Permanent

    We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Cambridge location.     Daily Responsibilities

    • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Respond to customer needs with personalised service and expert advice
    • Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
    • Ensure effective and attractive merchandising
    • Provide internal training to team members
    • Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma required; college or professional diploma is an asset
    • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, or relevant experience
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
    • Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
    • Strong sense of autonomy, initiative, and decision‑making skills
    • Proven skills in management, organisation, and communication
    • Customer‑oriented with solid sales and advisory abilities
