- Work closely with management staff to develop skill set.
- Take part in rotations with multiple departments, including but not limited to: dispatch, road supervision, safety, finance, and HR.

- 3-4 years of Transportation/Logistics experience is an asset

- Post-Secondary education; Degree and/or Diploma with relevant experience
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including morning, night and weekend shifts, and overtime as needed
- Active Learning – Quickly process new information, knowledge, and experiences, regularly capitalizing
on learning opportunities, and applying new information. - Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License
- Incumbent must be able to move about the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing system/cabinets; and communicate effectively and efficiently in person, written and/or by telephone.
