Job description
We are currently growing and need a responsible individual to fill a sales/design associate position at our St. Catharines store. Join a local business with over 10 years in the community. If you have energy, drive and willingness to learn we have the support system to help you succeed

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Providing customers with information on tile, backsplash, flooring, bathroom vanities, kitchens and more.
Identify customers who need help or have a problem by asking open ended questions
Assisting customers with design suggestions or helping customers match photos they bring in for inspiration
Writing up receipts/special orders and taking payment
Answering phones
Tagging deliveries and notifying customers when their products have arrived
Helping customers carry tile samples to their car (ability to lift 25lbs.)
Assisting in keeping the store neat and tidy
