Requirements:


  • Must have a minimum of one year's experience in the child care field
  • Knowledge of recreational programming
  • Must possess strong communication skills
  • Have ability to work as part of a team
  • High School Completion Certificate or equivalent

Assets:


  • Possession of a valid First Aid/CPR Certification is considered an asset
  • Rate of pay is $18.28 per hour plus vacation pay.
  • 7:30am9:00am & 2:30pm6:00pm, Monday-Friday. Approximately 26 hours/week

Children of EXCEL employees can attend the EXCEL program at no charge

Various paid training opportunities available including High Five, First Aid/CPR, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Fundamental Movement Skills, etc.
