Dishwasher, Gather Craft Kitchen & Bar

APC is seeking Dishwashers to work within our newest outlet located within the spectacular landmark of The Leaf, at Assiniboine Park.

Dishwashers maintain a clean kitchen and food preparation environment ensuring safety, hygiene and cleanliness that meets or exceeds hospitality best practices.

This includes ensuring supplies, inventory, equipment and facilities are maintained in good order according to quality standards of cleanliness, food preparation, and food hygiene.

Dishwashers will adhere to all health and safety legislation, regulations, and policies. We offer flexible work hours, that include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment would be an asset.
An understanding of restaurant operations, food handling, sanitation standards and procedures would be an asset.
A valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver's License would be an asset.
