As a Guest Services Agent, your key responsibilities will be:- Ensuring total satisfaction of hotel guests and that each guest is handled with a professional, efficient and welcoming attitude.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel as well as the local surrounding area, attractions and special events.
- Be well versed in payment procedures including, how to compute bills, collect payments, and manage a cash float.
- Perform simple bookkeeping activities, issue room keys and escort instructions to Bellman.
- Posting charges.
- Complete and confirm reservations.
- Provide information to supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, or in person. Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts.
- Perform other duties as required and/or requested by direct Supervisor or upper Management.
- A high school diploma
- Good verbal and written skills
- Basic computer skills
- The ability to work well on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in an organized manner with a strong emphasis to detail with mínimal to no supervision.

Part-time hours: 8-16 per week

From $16.00 per hour
