Salary Range for HR Manager from $76,616 to $114,923 / year
Efficiently plan workforce requirements, including succession, in alignment with budgets.
Establish training plans for employee development.
Provide coaching to supervisors on objectives, compensation, performance reviews, and skills development.
Oversee labor relations management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and business processes, offering coaching and support to managers as needed.

Possess operational expertise in diverse HR areas such as compensation, benefits, talent management, etc.
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity in understanding Cascades' value chain and its stakeholders.
Experienced in change management and integrating continuous improvement concepts.
Exhibits strong leadership, fostering buyin for proposed solutions.
Proficient in analyzing performance indicators to prioritize HR actions, while supporting a customerfocused culture and effective communication.
