Description
We are looking for a Physiotherapy Assistant to work full time.


Your responsibilities would include:

Assisting physiotherapists with client care:
including the use of TENS and interferential modalities, exercise programs etc.
Administrative duties, as required
Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals
Collecting outcome measure data
Maintenance and cleaning/sterilization of medical equipment
Inventory of clinical supplies

Qualifications:

  • You must be Canadian Citizen or Permanent resident
  • Age limit between years
  • No previous experience needed, strong work ethic and reliable
  • Physiotherapy background or PTA diploma or Kinesiology degree preferred
  • Previous experience working within a clinic setting an asset
  • Personal, friendly demeanor with excellent relationshipbuilding skills

Pay:
$17.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

- physiotherapy assistant: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Kinesiology degree? (preferred)
- overseas trained Physiotherapist? (preferred)
