- MCS Programme Development: Lead on the design, costing, and implementation of sustainable MCS programmes in collaboration with the cardiogenic shock multidisciplinary team (MDT).
- Patient Care: Ensure that patients receiving mechanical circulatory support receive high-quality care through effective planning and delivery of services.
- Leadership & Management:
Cultivate partnerships between clinical teams, including Cardiac ICU, CAS Theatre Manager and other clinical leads. This will involve communicating effectively with stakeholders across our trust to ensure seamless integration of services.
