Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and organizing documents
- Provide general support to visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to meet deadlines

Salary:
$40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
Benefits:

- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- Spanish (preferred)
