Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and organizing documents
  • Provide general support to visitors and clients
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to meet deadlines

Salary:
$40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
