What The Role Looks Like


As the Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be a key member of the Go-to-Market team, working across multiple departments to ensure data integrity, improve our processes, and build enhanced reporting to foster operational excellence and revenue growth.

A day in the life of this position includes:

  • Building and maintaining custom reports, forecasts, financial models, and dashboards to identify key business insights and enable leaders to move from insight to action.
  • Creating scalable processes that ensure best practices in database management.
  • Leveraging internal data to perform detailed investigations to reveal insights into root causes, areas of impact, priorities and recommending paths forward to optimize all GTM processes.
  • Collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to improve processes, identify trends, generate solutions, and make informed decisions.
  • Driving strategic revenue operations projects forward through collecting relevant data insights and using data to streamline workflows.
  • Defining and developing data governance policies and procedures to maintain accuracy of master data.
  • Owning the endtoend process of tracking sales and marketing funnels. Tracking and reporting on revenue and sales funnelrelated KPIs, communicating areas of concern and providing recommendations that prioritize growth.
  • Supporting the GTM team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics.
  • Developing ad hoc analysis that supports revenue growth and strategic decision making.
  • Working with leadership to assist with budgeting, forecasting and revenue strategy.
  • Providing proof of value reporting to our clients.
  • Translating data sets into impactful insights, recommendations, dashboards, and reports.

Who We're Looking For


You are a business focused, data driven analyst with a deeply analytical mindset, who can meaningfully translate data into actionable insights.

You are process driven, and detail oriented. You are comfortable not only building reports but presenting findings to management in a well-articulated and meaningful way.

You are the type of person who loves autonomy and having the freedom to manage your time how you see fit.


What We're Looking For

  • 35 years' experience supporting and advising GTM (Sales/Marketing/Client Success) and other cross functional teams in an analyst role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience building and running reports in SalesForce.
  • 2+ years' experience working with large complex data sets.
  • 2+ years' experience architecting solutions with a longterm outlook while being revenue focused.
  • Proficiency in creating reports, optimizing processes, and managing reporting dashboards.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • A passion for data and data visualization.
  • Strong research, analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • A selfstarter driven by success with attention to detail.
  • An adaptive learner who always strives for challenges.
  • Outside of the box thinking, someone who is not afraid to ask questions and look for new/different solutions.
