We are recruiting for a motivated individual to work in our Machine Shop:
Reporting to the Sr. Supervisor, Mechanical Production.

The Production Associate will deburr mechanical components as well as operate machines and maintain specifications outlined by the operation sheet and mechanical drawings, ensuring that the operations are safe, and product quality is achieved.

May be required to assist with the preparation of the tools and fixtures for the set-up of the machines in the machine shop area.

We are looking for the following Technical Requirements:

Completion of Ontario Secondary School Diploma
Experience with machining and manual dexterity
Working knowledge of tooling, machining, gauges and proper use of the equipment
Understanding of mechanical drawings, blueprints and interpretation
Experience in use of and good knowledge of measuring equipment
Completing paperwork to support inspection and quality requirements
Metal working an asset
