- Valid driver's G2 or G license, clean driver's abstract
- Clear criminal background check a must.
- Positive attitude and motivated, mechanically inclined, team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and good computer skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, i.e. metal doors
- Ability to climb ladder and work above ground
- Ability to work independently, receive verbal instructions from management and clients.
- Complete and submit paperwork on time
- Good judgment and problemsolving skills
- Positive, professional and enthusiastic demeanor
