For this role, it would be great if you could come and hang out in real life once a month at our Toronto office_


Resolver is looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Product Marketing team You'll primarily focus on supporting the Product Marketing Manager in executing their responsibilities on our digital technology solutions.

You'll partner with Product and Sales and spend much of your time gathering data, writing briefs, developing content, project managing and reporting on the results.

Let's break down the day-to-day a little further:

Market Research

  • Measures of Success: _
  • Support the development of Target Markets, Buyer Personas, Positioning, Competitive Differentiation, Product Road-Map._
  • Develop an insightsled approach to decision making which is anchored in a strong market research practice.
  • Gain knowledge on what motivates our buyers and how they make purchase decisions.
  • Review customer meetings to understand and quantify high level concerns, value received from Kroll/Resolver and critical capabilities of the products that drive the most benefit for them.
  • Surface market intelligence to shape future products and scale opportunities.

Sales Enablement

  • Measures of Success: _
  • Sales process is supported with effective training and content; Value proposition and key messages are communicated effectively and consistently by sales_

  • Support Sales, Marketing and Services teams to effectively communicate the product and leverage the appropriate tools at each stage of the customer buying journey.
  • Draft positioning and sales messaging that can effectively be used in outbound activities.
  • Create best practice documentation and appropriate tools for the sales team to leverage through the entire sales cycle.
  • Own the measurement of content / process usage and determination of impact.

Product Launches:


  • Measures of Success: _

Contribute to a_ formalized, repeatable launch process that can scale up or down to meet the needs of a given program_.

  • Support product launches and work with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful launch program
  • Craft product positioning with research on customer, competitor, and general market input to establish and communicate Kroll/Resolver's differentiation and value to the buyer.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and deliver marketing campaigns and channel plans that successfully meet launch objectives.

More about you:


  • You're building your product marketing career and you consider yourself a strong researcher & writer
  • You love data and know how to use it to identify trends that aren't always obvious.
  • You are curious about buyer, product, and competitive insights and how to leverage them to craft strong and concise messaging & positioning, particularly within a B2B environment.
  • You're experienced in preparing PowerPoint presentations and content briefs.
  • You can juggle multiple things and understand how to prioritize.
  • Comfortable in an experimental and fastpaced environment.
  • You are a collaborator who can build strong relationships.
  • If you have knowledge of Cyber Risk or Risk Management that would be a bonus but not essential.
