Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about PSP sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
• Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions through the POS system. Job involves the interaction with international customers located in different countries.
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
• Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telephone sales is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and close deals
• Knowledge of technology products is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate product information to customers

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
