We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sales Professional. The sales professional will play a crucial role in promoting and selling roofing products and services. Their primary responsibility is to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients and close deals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate leads through identifying and prospecting potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Produce a consistent flow of qualified leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their roofing needs and understand their budget constraints.
Provide expert advice on roofing materials, styles, and solutions based on client requirements.
Prepare detailed and customized roofing proposals for clients, outlining the scope of work, pricing, and any other relevant terms.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and feasible project proposals.
Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's expertise, products, and services.
Address client concerns and objections with confidence and professionalism.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and increase referral business.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with uptodate information.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Work closely with the legal and contracting teams to finalize and execute contracts.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude, displaying strong work ethic and reliability.

Skills & qualifications:

At least 5 years of proven experience in roofing sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of roofing materials, construction methods, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical fitness and ability to work at heights, including climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
Prior experience in construction or roofing is a plus but not required.
