Job Details:


As a Finance and Accounting Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the global financial services team by undertaking entry-level accounting tasks and contributing to various projects.

This internship provides hands-on experience in daily administrative tasks, project support, and documentation management for global financial services.

12-week summer experience


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the global financial services team in entrylevel accounting tasks.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and contribute to various projects.
  • Update Visio global process flow for settlement and reconciliation.
  • Organize and update global financial services documentation, including processes and training materials.
  • Collaborate on deliverables for external customers, including reconciliations for locations such as NY, Boston, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a college degree program or equivalent in accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio).
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment.
  • Selfstarter, highly motivated, and wellorganized.
  • Capable of performing tasks under work deadlines.
  • Excellent organization, followthrough, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Intern Performance Expectations:

  • Complete daily tasks accurately, on time, and independently.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to documentation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to take on additional work.

Cubic Pay Range:
$13 - $18/hr. + benefits.
