Job Summary:

Duties:

• Perform hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Upsell salon products and services
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Sanitize tools and equipment regularly
• Assist with front desk duties when needed
• Contribute to retail sales by recommending products to clients
• Be a positive member of the team

Experience / Open to learning

• Previous experience as a Hair Stylist preferred, not necessary
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques and trends
• Strong communication skills
• Open to learning techniques on the upsell products and services
• Knowledge of sanitization practices in a salon setting
• Experience in retail sales is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
