Job Overview:

As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will use your knowledge & experience to help Pet Parents find the right nutrition & other solutions for their pets.

You will be part of a team of passionate Pet Experts & enjoy the perks of helping Pet parents every day.

What you bring:

• Open availability with the ability to work 2540 hours per week consistently.
• Possess outgoing & friendly personality with strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50 LBS repetitively
• Ability to work as scheduled to meet attendance requirements
• Willingness to work on a Long-Term basis

What you do:

• Customer service and sales
• Assist in unloading delivery vehicles of cases & bags of pet food & supplies & putting these into warehouse & sales area (items up to 50 lbs.)
• Sweeping, dusting and other general store maintenance functions
• Preparing merchandise orders, banking & other miscellaneous paperwork
• Other duties & tasks as required
