Business Analyst

Reporting directly to the IT & PMO Manager, your impact will be felt across every corner of our organization. Join us on this exhilarating journey of innovation and growth, and let's make history togetherYour Day-to-Day:
- Develop management reports for purchase forecasting, logistics tracking, sales analysis, and part number generation
- Customize BisTrack for realtime information for sales operations, logistics, and administrative groups
- Manage CRM transition to Epicor platform
- Assist in analyzing and integrating a Bar Code system with BisTrack
- Implement Warehouse Management System and customize reports for ERP
- Deliver ad hoc reports and maintain KPIs
Business Analysis and Project Management:
- Act as a key liaison between IT and business groups for identifying and executing IT solutions
- Gather requirements, analyze, and translate them into reporting deliverables
- Improve information and data flow with department managers
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Manage projects, develop plans, and monitor performance
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of projects
Technology and Process Improvement:
- Stay updated on IT advancements for system automation and modernization
- Communicate insights and plans effectively to crossfunctional teams and management
- Evaluate new technologies to meet business needs
- Perform user acceptance testing and maintain procedures
General Administration:
- Maintain positive interactions for customer satisfaction
- Organize, plan, and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Remain flexible with duties and communication across different time zones
- Support business through process improvement initiatives and special projects.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-Have
- Completion of postsecondary education in a related discipline or, equivalent and relevant work experience
- 5+ years of data analysis experience
- Must have a strong understanding of transactional business processes in a distribution environment
- Advanced technical skills, and experience in computer database management, programming, and/or software development
- Experience in writing Crystal reports and SQL databases
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office 365products
- Proven track record of leading and supporting successful projects and delivering on time
- Fluency in English, with highly effective and clear communication skills in general to adapt to varying audiences (oral and business writing)
- Excellent and detailed documentation skills and impactful presentation skills
- Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with customers and colleagues at all levels
- Welldeveloped influencing skills to work with stakeholders and drive acceptable solutions
- Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to perform insightful analysis
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in an environment of shifting priorities
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Nice-to-Have
- Relevant millwork industry experience
- Related experience in sourcing, purchasing or procurement with proven knowledge of procurement and supply chain modern processes and techniques
- Handson experience with Epicor BisTrack or related ERP system
- Proficient in Enterprise Software
- Strong business acumen
