Project Administrator


The Project Administrator, under the direction of the Accounting Manager, will primarily be responsible to help facilitate all data records into various operating systems.

This role will also be required to work closely with Project Managers, and Accounts Receivable Clerks.

The Project Administrator must have the ability to deal with multiple tasks at once and receive various direction from multiple people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Covering frontdesk duties, including but not limited to: answering phone calls, greeting guests, managing signin/signout sheets.
  • Open & Manage Service Task orders for Shell
  • Supply Administrative support for Project Managers
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
  • Supply Administrative support to Account Receivable Clerks for any data entry requirements
  • Arrange Company Travel
  • Manage Project Manager Check List
  • Assist in maintaining project folders, both electronic and hard copy
  • Assist in maintaining Project Schedule Documentation
  • Help facilitate Project Documentation transmittals

About You:


  • Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
  • Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Three years of experience in a Project Administrative role
