Our expertise includes:

Nuclear Steam Plant (NSP) engineering, Balance of Plant (BOP) engineering, Plant Life Management and Extension, Retube Tooling Systems, Inspection and Maintenance Services, Steam Generator Replacement, Plant Equipment Refurbishment and Retrofits.

How will you contribute to the team?

  • Support and coordinate Purchase Order (PO) preparation/ revision relating to labour and expenses for Keys & Essential (K&E) cost.
  • Prepare cost support for Purchase Orders for K&E Suppliers.
  • Review & Analysis of purchase order spending as required.
  • Preparation and updating of K&E Purchase Order drawdown workbooks as needed.
  • Reconciliation of PO Drawdowns with Oracle ERP.
  • Coordinate the review and coding of (K&E) Invoices for Accounts Payables processing and payment.
  • Coordination of K&E invoice processing and payment with centralized Accounts Payable processing centre.
  • Review & verification for (K&E) Supplier Invoices (e.g., comparing invoice charges to purchase orders, confirming support for items billed, confirming billing consistent with cost policy, etc.)
  • Ensure timely coding and Finance review of K&E Supplier Invoices.
  • Support and coordinate regular follow ups with Suppliers relating to supplier statements and delayed billings.
  • Contribute to improvements and efficiencies in the K&E invoicing processes.
  • Maintain operational integrity by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Develop, support, and manage value added relationships with relevant parties (Clients, Vendors, Partners, Auditors).
  • Assist & participate in various audits (internal audit, external audit, tax audits).
  • Assist with special projects and adhoc reports and analysis as required.
  • Support the CNEA Finance Team as required.
What will you contribute?

  • Minimum 5 years' experience an accounting / finance preferably in a project environment
  • Bachelor's degree, Accounting/Finance preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced skills using complete Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Prior Oracle, or major ERP systems experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with sales taxes an advantage
  • Must be selfdirected and work with minimum supervision
  • Must be able to interact with various levels of management
