- Consult with clients, client's counsel, and representatives of companies
- Analyzing and interpreting clients' financial and non-financial information

- Obtain a basic understanding of our clients' businesses and learn their best
- Advising on purposeful recommendations to clients
- Represent client at networking and industry events to leverage new business
- CPA designation
- CBV designation or enrolled and working towards CBV
- Minimum 5 years of progressive professional accounting experience at a public practice firm
- Experience in preparing business valuation reports, due diligence, purchase price allocations and financial models.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations and legal documents in a financial environment
