Bartender/server - Torbay, Canada - The Post Taphouse

We are a newly constructed taphouse overlooking beautiful Torbay, NL. Located just minutes from St. John's, we aim to not only offer beverages and food, but a complete experience for our guests.

In house training for our staff will help expand your knowledge on the large selection of local craft beer and spirits we offer.

Watch the waves crash against the shores while working from our indoor bar or large outdoor patio. We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders/servers to join our team

Experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation includes hourly wage and tips. Wage dependant on experience and position


Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or nonalcohol beverages for guests
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food/drinks
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar and food menu
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

From $14.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
