- Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

- Benefit package after 300 hours What you do:
- Interface with both internal and external customers
- Contact customers to discuss or resolve On-hand issues
- Works with other departments to determine corrective measures within shipping departments
- Communicate with other service centers and/or shippers for missing paperwork or freight
- Requests documentation and information needed from carriers to resolve claims, or letters of denial
- Handle the disposition of the freight
- Receive and enter unloading exceptions
- Generate reports
- Daily report monitoring
- Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals Who you are:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
- Previous experience within a transportation setting
- Experience within a Customer Service setting
- Strong Administrative background
