About the role:

_**As the
Specialist, Business Planning and Operations, you will work with Product Management, Finance and Sales to complete program execution and analysis pre and post activity.


_Responsibilities; _

  • Navigate through internal process and requirements to submit sales programs on wearable and accessory products
  • Manage sales program LOA including communication to Sales, Marketing, Retail teams
  • Support Carrier and Retail Sales teams with Live Display management process.
  • Monitor Sales program approval process and highlight the area of improvement
  • Validate promotion execution for customer claims
  • Marketing asset / Sample management
  • Support QSG translation process to ensure all the translations are done in time
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis as required

Experience:
_**- 2-5 years' experience in accounting and data management

  • Advanced MS-Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, data tables, functions, macros)
  • Experience working with SAP systems
  • Experience working or developing market analysis
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Wireless industry background is preferred
  • The ability to plan, organize, collaborate on and measure the effectiveness and results of all programs and projects as require

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions:
_**- Work is generally performed in an office environment.

  • Performs work under tight time schedules and stresses, including: time sensitive job stress, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and project management stress.
  • Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids representative and commonly associated with PC's, printers, and office work areas. Where equipment usually weighs less than 25 pounds.
  • Occasionally works additional hours beyond normal schedule.
  • Position has access to confidential company data where disclosure may jeopardize the company's competitive position. No Budgetary and/or expense authority.
