Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team.

As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of loss prevention, law enforcement, and surveillance techniques.

Duties:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security standards
Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment
Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely manner
Investigate and report any security breaches or incidents
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
Train security staff on proper procedures and protocols
Conduct regular performance evaluations of security personnel

Experience:

Proven experience in a similar role as a Security Supervisor or in law enforcement
Indepth knowledge of loss prevention techniques and best practices
Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security technologies
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
