CAD Technician
The CAD Technician is responsible for providing exceptional client care while providing clients with materials lists and shop drawings.

What You Will Do:
- Produce materials estimate & shop drawings from PDF, DWG & RVT drawings.
- Produce install manual drawings, technical library drawings, and other clientrelated drawings in CAD & Revit.
- Handle administrative duties (e.g. updating digital files, answering phone calls, etc.)
- Coordinate with designers, technicians & other personnel to incorporate concepts & information into presentation packages.
- Review drawings with construction teams and engineers & provide adjustments as necessary.
- Aid in increasing & maintaining quality assurance processes.
- Maintain a high standard of product knowledge.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Building Construction Technology, Architectural and Building Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with AutoCAD.
- Expertise in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and various other construction documentation.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Stack, Bluebeam, or other estimating software is a plus.
- Revit experience a plus.
- Building envelope knowledge is a plus.

Salary:
$60,000 - $65,000 per year
