Must be able to pass a security clearance

Must have own transportation


Responsibilities:


  • Works in a safe manner which abides by Occupational Health and Safety policies
  • Clean and maintain kitchens, offices, and general areas
  • Clean and stock restrooms
  • Dusting throughout the buildings
  • Cleaning all floors throughout the buildings
  • Disposing Garbage as required
  • Keep stocked inventory of cleaning supplies
  • Ability to manage your time efficiently
  • Ability to lift at least 40lbs
  • Other housekeeping duties as required
  • Notify managers/ maitenance of any necessary repairs
- other duties as required including carpet cleaning


Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work accurately, quickly, and safely.
  • Possess good judgment and problem solving skills
  • Works well in a Team oriented environment
  • Able to manage priorities and multitask
  • Work and follow all health and safety policies and guidelines

Job Types:
Permanent, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week


Salary:
From $17.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Port Hope, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (required)

Experience:


  • Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
